My name is Alpha Muluh, and I'm a Lifestyle Redesign Enthusiast.

Alpha Muluh is the Founder and CEO of Excellence and Impact Foundation, a Nonprofit that elevates African immigrant change makers in the U.S. by honoring their great work, celebrating their accomplishments, amplify their IMPACT to uplift and inspire others. As an evangelist of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Alpha leverages high value strategic partnerships in the US to connect with impactful change makers in Africa and drive the core four areas of Healthcare, Education, Entrepreneurship, Leadership- HEEL across the African continent to build an ecosystem of knowledge sharing for tangible actionable outcomes.

Alpha was recently appointed by Arizona State University as Strategic Consultant to the Director General/Dean at Thunderbird School of Global Management to provide strategic counsel to leadership and shape 100 Million Learners Global Initiative in Africa and beyond by establishing strategic partnerships in the private and public sector.

He co-founded Cadens Health and Wellness to uplift individuals overcoming substance abuse and mental health challenges. As a Personal and Professional Lifestyle Redesign Enthusiast, he works with African immigrants living in America feeling stuck in unfulfilling careers or businesses or looking for a sense of belonging while navigating the complexities of dual cultures. Alpha enjoys public speaking and sharing his Paver Pyramid Leadership Model, his Compassion in Action Communication Framework with corporate executive teams to drive team cohesion and enhance productivity.

With master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology and law, real estate license in Arizona and a labor of love fitness trainer, Alpha's multifaceted career is dedicated to service, education, wellness and impact. As a globally minded individual, Alpha also serves on community organization boards like Global Ties Arizona, Northern Arizona Independent Oversight Committee, and Cameroon Arizona Partnership, has memberships at Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, Project Cure Ambassador’s Council, Global Chamber Advisor for Cameroon, amongst others, furthering his efforts to build bridges between communities.
